Job summary

ATvantage in Monrovia, CA is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (AT) for a high school setting. This full-time, salaried role offers predictable on-site coverage, minimal travel, and a stable benefits package.

You’ll evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate student-athletes, lead injury prevention programs, and coordinate return-to-play with physicians, coaches, and families. BOC AT and CPR/AED are required; Mandated Reporter training preferred.

Qualifications

• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer in good standing.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Mandated Reporter Training or willingness to complete on hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries for student-athletes.
• Design and implement proactive injury prevention programs.
• Direct the return-to-play process in collaboration with physicians, coaches and parents.
• Manage on-campus coverage for practices and home events.
• Maintain seamless digital medical documentation to track progress.
