Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a qualified Athletic Trainer for the Army Reserve Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program.

The role supports Soldiers by delivering injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and performance services within an interdisciplinary team. Required: Bachelor's in athletic training or related field, ATC or PT license, at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Credentials: ATC certification or PT license; additional certifications preferred.
• Experience: at least 3 years in injury risk assessments, reconditioning, and sports performance services.
• License: current, valid license in one of the 50 US states or territories.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Army H2F standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to synchronize H2F programming.
• Participate in meetings and planning sessions with Government personnel.
• Maintain professional communication with unit leadership and stakeholders.
• Submit data and deliverables according to the Deliverables schedule.
• Maintain licensure and certifications at no cost to the Government.
