Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks an Athletic Trainer to support Army Reserve H2F initiatives at Fort Gillem, GA.

The role delivers evidence-informed injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and human-performance services within an interdisciplinary team. Requirements include a Bachelor's in a related field, AT or PT licensure, and at least three years of post-graduation experience in injury risk assessment and performance enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is required.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy or Kinesiology is preferred.
• Certification as an Athletic Trainer or licensure as a Physical Therapist is required; additional sports performance or injury prevention certifications are preferred.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience providing injury risk assessments, educational reconditioning, and sports performance services.
• Active, unrestricted professional licensure in the U.S. (state/territory) throughout the contract duration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Army standards, doctrine, and regulations related to H2F.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide holistic H2F support.
• Participate in meetings and planning with Government personnel to synchronize H2F efforts.
• Maintain professional communication with leadership, COR, and stakeholders.
• Collect data for reports and deliverables and meet timelines as defined by the Deliverables schedule.
• Maintain credentials and licenses as required by policy manuals.
• Complete all mandatory Government training within specified timeframes.
• Travel pre-approved to support unit training events and H2F functions as needed.
• Design and deliver injury prevention assessments, education, and reconditioning guidelines.
• Train Soldiers in evidence-based reconditioning and recovery skills to reduce MSKI risk.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
