Job summary

Rehab 2 Perform hires a Certified Athletic Trainer to work onsite with The St. James Performance Academy in Springfield, Virginia. The role is a 10-month calendar, with 8 AM–4 PM hours and only 8 home football games outside those hours.

Relocation assistance up to $3,000 is offered, plus comprehensive benefits and a path to residency integration. The team includes three existing therapists; you will join a clinical team, participate in resident support, and contribute to return-to-play decisions

Qualifications

• BOC certification (ATC) current and in good standing.
• Virginia athletic training license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Athletic Training.
• Availability for 8 home football game evenings during the fall.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and manage injuries for Academy student-athletes.
• Build and progress rehabilitation programs.
• Provide daily practice and training coverage.
• Own return-to-play decisions as the clinical professional on site.
• Coordinate care with onsite physical therapy team and referring physicians.
• Maintain emergency action plans and athletic training room operations.
