Qualifications

• BOC Certification for athletic trainers.
• PA state licensure for athletic trainers.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Act 33, Act 34, Act 114 FBI clearance and related PA child/safety clearances.
• Act 24 and Act 84 arrest/conviction forms.
• Act 126 child abuse recognition training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive athletic training services to assigned school teams and athletes.
• Prevent, evaluate, and manage athletic injuries and conditions.
• Provide game and practice coverage as scheduled.
• Communicate effectively with coaches, parents, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain documentation per ESSMC policies and procedures.
• Uphold standards of NATA, BOC, PA State Practice Act, and ESSMC.

• Setting: Riverview Junior - Senior High School
• Schedule: Full-time, school year contract. Rarely any Saturdays.
• Location: Oakmont, PA

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive athletic training services to assigned school teams and athletes.
• Prevent, evaluate, and manage athletic injuries and conditions.
• Provide game and practice coverage as scheduled.
• Communicate effectively with coaches, parents, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain documentation consistent with ESSMC policies and procedures.
• Uphold the standards outlined by the NATA, BOC, PA State Practice Act, and ESSMC.

Qualifications

• Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
• Certified as an athletic trainer by the Board of Certification (BOC)
• Licensed as an athletic trainer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
