Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Athletic Training from an accredited program.
• BOC Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential required.
• New Jersey state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience in sports medicine, physical therapy, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, prevent, and treat athletic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and clinical staff for patient care.
• Perform therapeutic modalities including taping, bracing, and manual techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Educate athletes on prevention, recovery, and safe return-to-sport protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
