Clinton Community Schools is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Certified Athletic Trainer to provide comprehensive athletic training services for Clinton student-athletes.
The Athletic Trainer will work closely with the Athletic Director, coaches, student-athletes, parents/guardians, school personnel, and other healthcare providers to promote the health, safety, and well‑being of Clinton student-athletes. Clinton Community Schools has an established team physician who will work collaboratively with the Athletic Trainer and serve as a medical resource for consultation, referrals, medical oversight, and coordination of student‑athlete care as appropriate.
This is a full-time, 11-month position with a flexible schedule structured around the needs of the athletic department and interscholastic athletic calendar.
Clinton Community Schools is looking for an Athletic Trainer who wants to become an integral part of our athletic department and school community. This position provides the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with student-athletes and coaches, have a direct voice in student‑athlete health and safety, and help shape and develop the athletic training services provided across Clinton Athletics. As a district‑employed Athletic Trainer, this individual will work directly with the Athletic Director and have an important role in the overall operation and continued growth of our athletic programs.
Relevant athletic training experience in a secondary school or similar athletic setting is preferred.
