Job summary

Work Right NW in Cedar Rapids, IA is looking for a Certified Athletic Trainer to join our industrial team. You will deliver on-the-job care, evaluate injury risks, and help workers stay healthy and injury-free on site. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with competitive pay.

You will work with safety pros, use data to analyze injuries, and support wellness programs. BOC Certification is required; CPR certification is preferred.

• Self-motivation and efficiency, even without direct supervision
• Expertise in evidence-based clinical practices for evaluating, providing first aid, and treating orthopedic or sports-related injuries

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct preventative and early intervention appointments
• Rehabilitate non-work-related injuries
• Partner with safety professionals & ergonomists to develop wellness programs
• Leverage data analytics to assess injuries and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate on innovative programs to improve overall worker health

Pay & Location: $66,000- $75,000
