Job summary

The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Biloxi, MS, is seeking a full-time Recreation Program Manager to oversee athletic facilities and programs. You will supervise gym, track, and field activities, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with policies while coordinating staff and volunteers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Physical Education or related field, plus 3+ years managing recreation programs; a valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field preferred.
• Three years administering recreation programs or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and eligible driver status under TSA Driver Program.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day program activities of gymnasium, track, and field.
• Ensures programs comply with regulations and safety standards.
• Provides high-quality customer service and feedback to participants.
• Coordinates and trains athletic staff and volunteers.
