Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in participating, planning and evaluating recreational sports programs.
• Experience working in community recreation or athletic programs.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and onsite supervision for Facility Attendants and League Officials.
• Assist in scheduling staff and ensuring programs meet city standards.
• Inform supervisors and document on-site program concerns and scheduling conflicts.
• Schedule, monitor, and implement a variety of sports programming citywide.
• Track sports trends and verify locations requiring lighting.
• Monitor parks, resolve facility use conflicts, and supervise rink operations.
• Educate facility users on facility policies and regulations.
• Inventory, organize, and coordinate supplies/equipment delivery.
