Camp Lindenmere is seeking an Athletic Director to oversee all athletic programs, plan inter- and intra-camp events, and supervise a team of coaches and counselors. You will ensure safety and high-quality instruction across multiple sports during the summer camp season.

The role requires leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced camp environment, with focus on development and teamwork for campers aged 7–17.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
• Experience in multiple sports; certifications preferred (CSCS, ATC, CPT, etc.).
• Teachers/coaches preferred; strong program design knowledge.
• Experience working with kids; camp setting experience a plus.
• Strong planning, organized yet flexible, energetic and approachable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Lindenmere Athletics Program (Basketball, Soccer, Lacrosse, Golf, etc.).
• Plan and facilitate inter- and intra-camp competitions for campers and staff.
• Supervise ~20 coaches and athletic counselors; manage staff schedules.
• Ensure safety, care, and instruction of campers within ACA and camp standards.
• Oversee athletic facilities and proper programming for development.
