Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and CSCS certification, or the ability to attain the CSCS quickly.
• 3+ years of experience working in a private-sector facility similar to Kratos or in the collegiate sector, with experience in sports performance and/or personal training.
• 3+ years of experience coaching speed development.
• 3+ years of experience coaching athletes in a group training environment.
• Strong understanding of developing overall athleticism, including: Speed and acceleration; Agility and change of direction; Power; Strength.
• High school and/or college athletics background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with athletic performance groups for athletes from 1st–12th grade
• Coach private and semi-private training for athletes and general population clients
• Lead and assist with large-group club and team athletic performance sessions
• Coach speed, agility, power, strength, and overall athletic development
• Build strong relationships with athletes, parents, clients, and members
• Provide a high level of energy, professionalism, and service during every session
• Assist with daily facility operations, including scheduling, communication, organization, and cleaning
• Participate in continuing education and professional development, including: Weekly team meetings, Conferences, Books and educational resources, Ongoing feedback and evaluation
