Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in Northlake, TX is seeking an organized, energetic growth leader to oversee programs, recruit and train coaches, and build community partnerships across multiple locations.

You will visit schools, represent our programs at family events, support marketing initiatives, and help launch new locations while balancing office work with field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a childcare organization or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior customer service abilities.
• Background working with schools or childcare-related organizations.
• Must be willing to drive to locations as needed.
• Prior supervisory experience and sales experience are preferred.
• Must pass state-required background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaches and recruit/train new staff across multiple locations.

We're looking for an organized, energetic leader to help grow two of the nation's leading youth enrichment programs: Super Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes. This is not a desk job. You'll spend your time leading coaches, building relationships with schools and families, representing our programs at community events, and helping create amazing experiences for thousands of children throughout North Texas. What You'll Love About This Role

• Coach a youth sports class at a preschool
• Interview and train a new coach

Requirements

This role offers flexibility, but the schedule varies based on program needs. Most administrative work is completed during late mornings and afternoon business hours. Community events, trainings, and marketing activities may occasionally occur during evenings and weekends. Successful candidates enjoy being active, adaptable, and engaged in the community.
