Responsibilities

• Provide routine administrative support to the department.
• Assist with daily SDA Nutrition operations to support planning and management of nutrition programming for student-athletes.
• Maintain records and schedule appointments in the electronic medical/department systems.
• Support menu planning, nutrition bars operations, and budget tracking as needed.
• Assist with supervising student interns and scheduling as required.
