Job summary

AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an athletic health professional to support multiple teams and programs. You will establish care guidelines with the team physician, maintain compliant medical records, and coordinate services between athletes, staff, and families.

The role requires knowledge of athletic injury care, strong communication in English, and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field. Position is full-time with day shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
• Understands the role of liaison between athlete, host athletic trainer, physician and family.
• Knowledge of medical terminology for athletic injury care and prevention.

Responsibilities

• Supports multiple athletic teams and schedules during the week.
• Establishes standing operating procedures for patient care with the team physician.
• Maintains medical records meeting legal and regulatory standards.
• Coordinates with physicians, staff, and families to ensure quality care.
