Job summary

Snohomish County’s Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Parks Division, seeks a full-time Facility Maintenance Worker II focused on athletic field maintenance and grounds care for the Parks & Fair operations. Qualifications

• Three years' semiskilled building and grounds maintenance experience, or equivalent training/experience.
• Must pass job-related tests.
• Valid Washington State Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties of Facility Maintenance Worker I.
• Operates mowing and grounds equipment to maintain athletic fields.
• Maintains general building and grounds tasks (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Supports the Evergreen State Fair Park during events.
• May direct the work of temporary staff or lower-level maintenance personnel as directed.
