Job summary

The CE Fields Technician position with Paradise Valley Unified School District serves as a liaison between the District and community groups to ensure athletic fields are available in accordance with approved facility agreements. This 12-month role is 8 hours per day and reports to the Director of Community Education.

Responsibilities

• Inspects athletic fields to ensure a safe environment for participants.
• Communicates general maintenance tasks with the Facilities Department.
• Procures equipment, supplies and materials for maintaining availability of required items.
• Requests a variety of materials (e.g. supplies, equipment) to ensure availability of materials.
• Responds to safety and operational concerns during the week and on weekends.
• Reviews facility agreements, permits and schedules to ensure proper field usage.
