Southern Cleaning Services is seeking a General Cleaner to maintain a clean and orderly environment for ATHLETIC AREAS. The role focuses on sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces to support a safe and welcoming facility.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to follow directions while working independently. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, and health and safety regulations must be followed on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet facilities, and kitchen areas.
• Dusting and wiping down office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Emptying and disposing of trash.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Restocking supplies in bathrooms and kitchens.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements.
• Following all health and safety regulations.
