Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years working in food service or in similar positions.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate with adults and students in a diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

• Decide what events require concessions.
• Be at all home games to run concessions.
• Coordinate product and staff between stands during events.
• Oversee daily operations of concession stands, including opening/closing.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies/food.
• Handle deliveries and restocking and coordinate with district staff.
• Set pricing for concession items to ensure profitability.
• Plan concession needs for events with athletic management.
• Work with coaches and athletes who staff concession stands.
• Oversee the cash box and secure it before/after events.
• Inventory products before opening and after closing.
