Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years coaching experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of student-athletes, coaches and administrators.
• Knowledge of applicable policies and regulations (HIPAA, FERPA, NFHS, IHSAA, WASD).
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of training programs for athletic teams.
• Support planning and conducting practices, games and other team activities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to student-athletes to enhance skills and performance.
• Support student-athletes in academic success and achievements.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.
• Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and record-keeping.
• Act as a role model and mentor for student-athletes.
