Scheels is hiring a sales associate in the United States. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, explain product features, promote Scheels Visa, and maintain deep product knowledge across departments.

You’ll meet sales goals while providing high-level service in a dynamic retail environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, and the ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sale to determine needs.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in selling areas and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing Internal Flash Reports.
• Keep backstock organized and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
• Ensure products are accurately displayed with price tagging, signage, and labels.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, the Scheels Campus, and vendors.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Perform basic math operations with currency, measurements, and percentages.
• Be available for varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
