Job summary

D1 Training in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a D1 Coach to lead group workouts for youth and adults, provide personal training, and foster an energizing, supportive environment.

You’ll teach form and movement, help grow the business through community outreach, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to expand training programs. Competitive hourly pay with access to a state-of-the-art facility and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in strength & conditioning, personal training, or group fitness.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams.
• Provide personal training and individualized coaching when needed.
• Teach proper form, technique, and movement mechanics.
• Support member retention through coaching, accountability, and service.
