Job summary

Dimensions Performance & Pelvic Physical Therapy in East Cambridge, MA is seeking a Sports & Performance Physical Therapist for a full-time role, with a growth path to Clinic Director and new grads welcome.

You’ll treat one patient per hour with autonomy, flexible scheduling, a teammate-driven HYROX culture, and a focus on performance care. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $115,000 per year, with health insurance and CEU support.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PT license (or license eligible).
• Dry needling certification required.
• Experience with athletes and running/golf/strength athletes preferred.
• New grads encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred if available.
• Strong communication, high accountability, comfortable with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Treat a caseload of 25–30 patients per week, one-on-one, full hour sessions.
• Work with runners, golfers, lifters, and general adult athletes to improve movement and performance.
• Coach movement patterns, not just rehab, and teach clients how to move better.
• Build genuine relationships with motivated patients and collaborate with a close-knit clinical team.
• Occasionally participate in HYROX run club and community events.
