Job summary

D1 Training - Multi-Locations is seeking a dedicated D1 Coach to foster a positive, high-energy environment for athletes ages 7 and up. You will tailor programs, mentor athletes, and deliver top-tier coaching across group, team, and personal training sessions.

The role emphasizes safe technique, personalized program alignment, and building strong relationships with members to drive motivation and progress. Join a fast-growing team with a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
• Minimum of 2 years of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
• Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
• Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.
