D1 Training is a premier athletic-based group training facility serving adults and youth athletes. We empower athletes to improve by delivering world-class coaching, individualized attention, and a results-driven environment.

As a D1 Coach, you will lead group workouts, tailor programs, and uphold high safety and coaching standards while fostering long-term progress and relationships with members of all ages.

Qualifications

• 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
• AED/CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes and adults.
• Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
• Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.
• Coach group workouts, personal training, and teams.
• Deliver accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition.
