You will work under the Director of Athletic Development to deliver athlete development programs, coach individuals and teams, and support the growth of our Sports Performance offerings across the Greater Phoenix area.

The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and ongoing education, with afternoon/evening schedules and potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sports performance training.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their best.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching athletes to achieve performance goals.
• Support on-site athlete assessments and data collection to optimize outcomes.
• Assist in implementing and progressing individualized and group training programs.
• Collaborate with the Director of Athletic Performance to grow the Sports Performance program.
