Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods in Massachusetts is seeking a Sales Teammate to deliver an exceptional athlete experience through personalized service, product knowledge, and teamwork across the store floor. You will greet athletes, identify needs, recommend products, and contribute to sales results while highlighting loyalty programs and protection plans to ensure every athlete leaves confident in their purchase.

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting company programs such as loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence.
Consistently represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
