• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits for confident purchases.
• Drive sales results through effective selling skills, basket-building, and promotions including loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store and contribute to store goals and operations.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
