Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing product information to meet shopping needs.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert in store processes.
• Demonstrates efficient execution of operations, ensuring products are ready for purchase and customers are engaged.
