Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world-class athlete experience.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices and operational processes.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates a welcoming environment and adheres to safety, loss prevention and SOPs.
