Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and upsell loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits.
• Drive sales results through selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence.
• Consistently represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
