Job summary

You'll work in a team-first environment to support loyalty programs, protection plans, and credit offerings, with a starting pay range of $15.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to store goals and operational excellence.
• Represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
