Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods in Colorado is seeking a Sales Teammate who will deliver an exceptional athlete experience by helping athletes find the right products to support their sport, activity and lifestyle. You will develop product knowledge, provide personalized service, maintain strong merchandising, and collaborate with teammates to hit store goals and drive loyalty programs and credit offerings.

Starting pay range $15.00–$22.00 per hour, with considerations based on location and experience;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting company programs such as loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence.
• Consistently represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
