Position Overview:
As an ATE Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, implementation, and optimization of automated test equipment (ATE) systems for our products. You will work closely with design, systems, and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality testing and validation of our devices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement ATE test plans, procedures, and strategies for various semiconductor products.
• Collaborate with design and product engineers to define test requirements and specifications.
• Design, program, and validate automated test scripts using ATE software tools.
• Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of ATE hardware and software issues.
• Perform data analysis and generate test reports to assess device performance and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for test process improvements and implement best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of test schedules.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ATE testing for semiconductor devices.
• Experience with testing power management devices including Bucks, Boosts, FETs
• Strong understanding of device characterization and testing methodologies.
• Experience with ATE platforms and associated hardware.
• Knowledge with Chroma 3650 beneficial
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with testing power devices, both analog and mixed signal
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and software
Compensation:
• Salary: Range from $120,000-$180,000 based on experience and skill sets
