At Automotive Technology Experts (ATE), we understand the importance of providing fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services. We service hundreds of customers relying on us to ensure safe repairs and proper vehicle operation as per manufacturer standards.

Founded in 2019, ATE specializes in technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry, keeping pace with rapidly evolving vehicle technology. We employ technicians across the country, fostering growth through team development, customer care, continuous training, and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Perform vehicle diagnostics, calibrations/programming, scanning, and wire/connector repairs.
  2. Support team members by explaining diagnostics and enhancing their learning.
  3. Communicate with internal and external customers to coordinate services.
  4. Participate in weekly meetings to discuss needs, challenges, and strategies for company growth.
  5. Maintain and safeguard equipment and company vehicles.
  6. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

  1. 5+ years of experience in automotive servicing and diagnostics across all systems.
  2. Strong technological skills including Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.
  3. Expertise in ADAS and electrical services such as calibrations, programming, diagnostics, and repairs.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Continuous learner with a drive for skill development and career growth.
  6. Ability to remain productive with a sense of urgency.
  7. Ability to stand for long periods in an automotive environment.
  8. Energetic, motivated, with a passion for the industry and positive brand representation.
  9. Proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools like multimeters and power probes.
  10. Ability to read and understand service information and wiring schematics, perform vehicle programming, and conduct calibrations.
  11. Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
  12. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
