Job summary

A technology solutions company based in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the development of test hardware, software, and firmware. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience in an engineering design and development environment.
• Preferred direct experience with Test Equipment design and development tasks.
• Experience leading technical teams and projects
• Experience with National Instruments’ TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, and/or LabVIEW Digital, and/or Analog, and/or RF, and/or power supply test hardware design experience
• Experience with routine use and/or automation of commercial test and measurement equipment, i.e. Oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power supplies, etc.
• Preferred Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking software
• Lead development of test hardware, software, and/or firmware through its development cycle, from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities. These test capabilities may span disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital) and domains (hardware, software, firmware)
• Work with Prime Engineering, Production, and Operations teams early in the development cycle to identify capability and capacity needs for manufacturing test and ensure smooth deployment to manufacturing facilities
• Actively identify test readiness issues and optimizations through the development lifecycle
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
