NVIDIA is seeking a seasoned IC testing engineer in Santa Clara to drive ATE/SLT hardware development, socket and thermal plunger solutions, and DOE-driven improvements. You will analyze data, troubleshoot hardware, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful product bring‑up and production readiness.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (EE/ME preferred) with 5+ years of IC testing experience, socket/PCB knowledge, SI expertise, and hands-on capability including

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
