Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead Contractor Site Supervisor (CSS) duties at the FAA CTS program based at the Washington ARTCC (ZDC) in Leesburg, VA. The role requires CPC credentials, a minimum five years of live traffic control or contract instruction, and US citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years recent Certified Professional Controller (CPC) experience controlling live traffic, or recent experience as a contract Instructor at an FAA facility.
• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery of contract training and training support at the facility.
• Communicate effectively with FAA and contract personnel; execute the CTS contract.
• Oversee performance and financial management of human and budgetary resources.
• Assist with the development of training plans and training materials; conduct training.
• Support training administration and uphold high quality standards across operations.
• Provide timely and effective training for ATC personnel and maintain strong technical ATC knowledge.
