Job summary

SAIC in Memphis, TN, seeks an experienced Contractor Site Supervisor (CSS) to lead the CTS training delivery for the FAA at the Memphis ARTCC (ZME). The role requires strong teaching, supervision, and program management to ensure timely, high-quality ATC instruction.

The successful candidate will supervise instructors, manage resources and documentation, and drive continuous improvement in training delivery, with emphasis on ATC automation and simulation systems.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of CPC experience or recent contract instructor experience at an FAA facility.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery of CTS training and training support at the facility.
• Communicate effectively with FAA and contract personnel; execute the CTS contract and manage resources.
• Oversee performance and financial management of human and budgetary resources; assist with training plans and materials.
• Conduct training, support training administration, and uphold high-quality standards across operations.
