Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 3-5 developers and a QA Engineer to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design, build, test, and deliver software collaboratively with the team.
• Drive application strategy supporting wwt.com in alignment with product owners and stakeholders.
• Foster a positive team environment, providing performance feedback and coaching.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure application stability, usability, and alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate work assignments, ensuring timely delivery of features and issues.
• Provide technical leadership and promote best practices in software development.
• Present updates and insights to the team, department, and business partners.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing projects across multiple IT and business units.
• 1-2 years of experience in team management, coaching, and mentoring.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creativity and ability to encourage innovation.
• 5+ years in web development with technologies such as Vue, Angular, React, JavaScript, NodeJS, and databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
