Summary
IBJI Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC) are an integral part of a fast-paced orthopedic practice, that must excel in IBJI’s core values of patient-centric care, musculoskeletal care, and teamwork. Duties include providing rehabilitation services to patients with orthopedic injuries and illnesses, and general rehab services to patients who fall within other diagnostic categories. Serves as a liaison between our practice and the surrounding communities and their educational and recreational systems. Supports the physician and staff members, continuously seeking new and innovative ways to offer treatment, services and programs. Participates in QA, UR, Outcome and safety committees within the Organization. All responsibilities should be performed while maintaining the highest standard of care and integrity in order to provide the best patient experience possible.
We are currently seeking a certified athletic trainer to join our team alongside a board certified orthopedic surgeon who is sought out by patients for treatment in general orthopaedics, fracture care, joint replacement, and sports medicine as well as specializing in innovative procedures such as MAKOplasty robotic partial knee replacement and computer assisted knee surgery.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills and relevant experience.
