• Manages workload, assigns tasks, approves leave, and evaluates staff performance with fair standards and ratings.
• Makes staffing decisions, resolves labor issues, and coordinates actions with higher-level management and labor representatives.
• Acts as a member of the management team to improve organizational performance and meet strategic goals.
