Responsibilities

• Directs a highly technical workforce that provides air traffic control services across a geographic area.
• Reviews work processes to ensure results meet the agency's mission and customer needs.
• Provides training, coaching, and guidance to subordinates and plans work to be accomplished by subordinates.
• Manages scheduling, leaves, performance ratings, and disciplinary actions.
• Communicates and reinforces EEO policies and supports labor management partnerships.
