DSI in Burlington, Vermont is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T inside a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless plans, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers competitive hourly pay with uncapped commissions, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement. You must be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and ready to work weekends.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities
