Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Service Representative:

  • Communicate directly with customers on a daily basis
  • Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers
  • Ensure sales are completed according to compliance standards
  • Keep records of all customer interactions and completed sales
  • Attend daily Sales & Marketing campaign meetings to set AT&T Customer Service Representative goals
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and uplifting company culture

Requirements of the AT&T Customer Service Representative:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A bachelor's degree or higher education certificate is highly preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, marketing, or other customer service-related fields
  • A desire to learn something new and take on a challenge
  • Being self-driven is a huge plus
  • Proficient communication skills are a must
  • Able to work with both customers and AT&T Customer Service Representatives
