Job summary

Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate caregivers for in-home personal care. Roles include Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant, with a focus on client comfort and safety in home settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
• Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Ensure client safety.
• Report significant changes to supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist feeding when required.
• Monitor and record client temperature.
• Assist client ambulation.
• Conduct ROM exercises and light activities.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to care protocols.
• Follow privacy and infection control guidelines.
