Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support mobility and ambulation during activities and appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients as directed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Report health changes or incidents to supervisors.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with shopping and transportation when needed.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
