Oaknoll Retirement Residence in Iowa City, IA, seeks a full-time At-Home with Oaknoll Care Coordinator to support the At-Home program. This role emphasizes empathetic service, building relationships with residents and staff, and helping create a home-like environment within our CREATE culture.

Responsibilities include scheduling and billing with Aaniie software, training caregivers, updating care plans, and responding to emails and calls while assisting the manager to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
