Job description

We are currently looking for both full-time and part-time Virtual Call Center Representatives for our call center. Placement of hired candidates will be determined based on overall qualifications, fit for the job, business requirements, and staffing needs. We aim to place our reps in the best position for success. This position requires availability to work evenings until 10:00 PM Central Time and to follow a fixed schedule. Agents can create their own schedule within company hours based on their availability.

What does the position entail?

Representatives will follow up with prospective homeowners regarding their home improvement needs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner, and tactful communication in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated to meet and exceed performance and quality goals
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement
  • Ability to multitask: talking on the phone while using a computer for extended periods
  • Above-average computer skills; minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Team player who collaborates well and enjoys helping others succeed
  • Ability to commit to a set schedule

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage with increases after 30 days, based on experience
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days, regardless of full-time or part-time status
  • Paid online/virtual training
  • Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Additional Requirements:

  • Residency in Texas
  • Ability to commit to a fixed schedule

Home Office & Technical Requirements:

  • High-speed wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not accepted)
  • Computer with Windows 10 or higher, at least 8 GB RAM, 2GHz processor
  • Installation of MS Office or OpenOffice, and browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
  • Webcam for training and meetings
  • Headset provided
