Qualifications

• 1+ year direct social service supervisory experience preferred, or 2+ years with an Associate's degree, or 4+ years with a high school diploma.
• Exceptional writing proficiency in documenting case notes and progress reports.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Social Services Department.
• Collaborate with the Director of Social Services on employee management.
• Lead a team in development of service plans for asylum seekers.
